We have different vehicles to suit different travel needs & party sizes. We have a range of saloon luxury vehicles, including a brand new BMW 7 Series Hybrid. We also have Mercedes E class's and S Class's for saloon travel needs, seating up to 4 guests. For larger groups we have a Mercedes V Class MPV, which offers a great balance between luxury and higher party travel sizes. We also have a fleet of Mercedes Sprinter luxury vans, providing camera crews, bands, and production companies, both logistic management of kit and equipment, whilst not comprising luxury travel for the actors, musicians, camera man and alike. The newest member of our fleet is the BMW Hybrid, our first hybrid car as we are always looking for ways to reduce our carbon footprint.

The Mercedes V Class's are licensed to convey six passengers in comfort, with lots of luxurious legroom and different seating configurations. Whether you'd like to all ride forward facing, or facing one another.
The Mercedes S Class, E Class and BMW are licensed for four passengers, however due to the seating layout we would suggest no more than three passengers for ultimate comfort.
Our Sprinter Van can sit 5 passengers comfortably, with 3 in the rear and 2 upfront if necessary.
All Home James chauffeurs hold a Licensed Chauffeur's Badge, which involves a secondary driving test and a full CRB check. Your safety is paramount and we pride ourselves on our reputable history.

Parking and tolls are not included, they will be added to your final invoice but are kept to a minimum. Where we can, we will try to avoid toll roads and use our GPS for the most efficient way to your destination. If this is a toll road, this is when it is only completely necessary to getting you to your destination safely and on time.
Yes, we have baby and child seats available. Please request them when making your booking with us, so we can ensure we have fitted these for you, before we collect you. This takes the stress out of your journey, making it as hassle free as possible and knowing your baby/child is safe in our vehicle, is our number one priority. And of course, this is done at no extra charge.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, however to be transparent with credit cards, a surcharge of 3.4% +20p will be levied to cover the costs of credit card processing. For cancellations over 24 hours of scheduled collection date / time – No Charge.For cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled collection date / time, we will invoice 100% charge of agreed fee.
If you cannot locate your chauffeur and you seek an alternative method of transport without first contacting Home James Hire Class Travel to try and resolve the situation, you will be charged the tariff rate based agreed.
After you clear customs, look for your chauffeur who will be holding a sign or name-board. The chauffeur will also send you a text message just before your flight lands, if you have provided a mobile contact number. If for some reason you can’t find us, please contact us or the chauffeurs mobile number, that will be on your booking confirmation. Please do not leave the terminal and go outside before you find us. It's most likely we are there, we always make sure we're early, ready to collect you and help you with your luggage, back to the vehicle.
Yes definitely! We monitor all flights, leaving ample time between journeys for each customer just in case the inevitable happens and flights are early or delayed. We always do our best to arrive early.
We will monitor your flight and arrive half an hour after the plane has landed, to save on any waiting time that will incur. If for any reason you are then delayed further, hold ups at customs etc, please let us know and we can ensure to save on waiting time for you. The more advance warning you give us, the better. The best thing to do is, whenever you know anything, let us know too. But we know it can't be helped and will always be there, whenever your flight arrives.

We can have many vehicles on offer and most bride and grooms require 1 or 2 cars for the day, so booking in advance is always recommended. We also offer several added touches to make your day extra special. Down the your choice of coloured ribbons and complimentary bubbles to toast to the happy couple.
Our wedding cars are booked on a time basis and are available to you throughout the duration of your wedding and are available for photos or anything else we can help you with during that time, including multiple journeys for other wedding guests. Booking in advance is a great way to ensure you receive your choice of car for your special day.
Yes! We know how much WiFi s important to our customers, with business work or just catching up in your downtime. All are cars have complimentary WiFi for all customers to use, whenever they need it.
Of course! We pride ourselves on all vehicles being washed daily and are regularly valeted. All vehicles are thoroughly cleaned before and after every new passenger, ensuring all surfaces are fully sanitised.
Absolutely. We actually provide several different refreshments, provided free of charge to our clients, for you to enjoy. You'll be spoilt for choice.
